J Kirk & Sons Hervey Bay Crematorium was officially opened on the 12th June, 2004.  It is 100% locally owned and operated by the Kirk Family.  The crematorium is conveniently located at 224 Urraween Road, Hervey Bay.  The Hervey Bay Crematorium offers all modern facilities with the Fraser Coast's largest Chapel, Private Viewing Lounge, Reception Area, Private Offices, Clergy Room and the Maheno Room to provide for after service refreshments.

 

 

 

A wide range of personalised memorials are available at the crematorium.  These include the Bronze Tree of Remembrance with personalised leaves, Dolphin Cove (Memorial Walls with Granite Tiles), Anzac Gardens (Memorial Walls and Rose Gardens for the Ex-Service Personnel and their partner), Rose Gardens, Rock Memorials, Family Estates, Pebble Gardens and the Teddy Bear Garden for Children's Memorials.
